Blackhawk Station is one of the best neighborhoods is Park City, Utah.

MISSION |The mission of our HOA is to be warm and caring while nurturing respect among our owners and residents.  We support and value our covenants and maintain a beautiful environment.

HISTORY | Construction began in 1998, by local residential construction experts, MJM Construction, who have played an integral part of other great neighboring communities, including Newpark Town Center, Glenwild and Trout Creek. Our 160-unit Planned Urban Development brings the best of quality residential construction to an adjacent 1,200 acre Nature Preserve and county managed recreation trail system. 

LOCATION | Not only do the residents and the Homeowners Association foster a distinct community with exceptional care and detail, but its location is second to none.

Located within convenient access of Interstate 80 (about 25-miles form Salt Lake); within minutes (walking or driving) of retail, commercial, financial and professional services of Newpark Town Center, Redstone, Silver Mountain and other developments that offer lifestyle choices second to none, such as:

RECREATION | The Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District, manages (in partnership with Mountain Trails Foundation and with Swaner) the active trail systems adjacent to the neighborhood. Boasting convenient access to over 12 miles of back-country trails. The "Flying Dog" trail is rated by the International Mountain Biking Association (IMBA) as an Epic Ride and one that all users should experience at least once in their lifetime. Steady climbs and fast-flowing descents will keep all on their toes and leaves most begging for more!  



SKIING | Park City, Utah has exactly what you need for the perfect ski experience.  Things like three world-class winter resorts, Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, all within 5- to 15-minutes minutes of each Blackhawk Station, over 9,000 acres of skiable terrain and 350 annual inches of the "Greatest Snow on Earth."  Add to these appealing statistics a silver mining town brimming with history and charm - not to mention over 100 restaurants and bars, dozens of shops and galleries and enough events, live concerts and performing arts to put most cities to shame.
